Professional Rent Dogger/ House Hopper
Do you know Leackisha Morgan ? aka Leakisha Robinson, Leackisha Sullivan, L. Morgan, and Kayce Robinson . If yes, run!!! This person is nothing but trouble. For starters, she is a professional house hopper. With in the last five years, she is known to have had five addresses.

Ms. Morgan moved into my property in the Fall of 2018, because she was evicted from her last residence 141-28 249 Street. She was allowed to move into the property as a personal favor for a family relative. For the first 3 months, she was a model tenant. She paid her rent on time and was cooperative. After which she started being late on her rent payments. From 2019 to 2022, I tried to accommodate her situations by allowing her to catch up, but this was no avail. In 2022, she made no full payments on rent and had amassed a balance $48,300.
To add insult to injury, Ms. Morgan had sublet rooms in the house and was collecting rents. However, she was unable to meet her obligation to me. From my knowledge she was doing this for at least three years.
After I started eviction proceedings , I discovered that on March 27, 2023 Ms. Morgan purchases a property at 1363 Dickens Street Far Rockway, NY 11691, under her maiden name Leackisha Robinson (Block: 15670 Lot 100) in an attempt to deceive the courts. ( She presented her self to the court as a victim and unable to find a place to live. In fact, she had a place to move, when she entered into stipulation July 28, 2023. The stipulation stated she would move out of the house in October 2023.
She clearly demonstrates that she has funds to purchase a house, provide payment for lawyers to litigate her Landlord Tenant case, but unable to pay rent.
In addition, Ms. Morgan is a employee at Queens Hospital Center, 84-68 164 th Street Jamaica, NY. She is employed as a phlebotomist. This could have changed but she is in the health care.
If you know this woman, my advise is do not rent to her or her family. She is not a good person.

After she was finally evicted from the house, July 2024. One month later, I get a water bill for $1,100.00. Which meant she intentionally just ran the water. Ohh, I forgot to mention, CON EDISON removed the gas meter. Again, you have been warned.
At the end of the day, she cost me $85,000 in lost rent. Not to mention, I spent $15,000 in attorney fees and Marshall Office. It took over a year, to get her evicted, she kept coming to court asking for more time to find a place, when she had a place.
She really gamed the system, it was cheaper for her to hire a lawyer and pay them $500 to appear in court. The Judge almost always gave more time. So One month would turn into three months. Yet, I still had to continue paying mortgage payments. The system is not designed to help homeowners. So I understand why people take things into their own hand.
